TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The company makes an offer based on the obtained data, which is provided by the client.
By paying the advance payment to the company's business account, the order is considered accepted by the buyer.
The validity period is indicated on the offer.
Terms of payment:
1.20% down payment, 80% before assembly
2. by agreement
By making a transfer, the customer confirms that he is familiar with the content of the offer, with the general terms and conditions of business and agrees with them.
The delivery period is determined by the company. The delivery period begins after payment of the advance payment, in accordance with the payment terms.
The delivery period can be extended in the following cases:
Reasons on the buyer's side
In case of subsequent changes to the order or details and material
The buyer can pick up and take away the ordered goods at his own expense, upon prior order.
Before it is taken away, the company must inspect it and point out any defects, we do not consider later complaints.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is only obliged to inspect them and immediately notify the supplier of any defects. Within 8 days of taking over the goods, he must also send comments in writing to the supplier's address. We do not consider later complaints.
The product warranty covers metal legs and joints of individual wooden parts. Since solid wood is a living material, it is susceptible to changes in temperature and humidity. The product must be at an adequate distance from heating elements and must not be exposed to too much or too little humidity in the air, or to a large change in temperature.
Since we cannot control what influences the product will be exposed to after delivery for cracks or changes in the wood, we cannot offer a guarantee except for the glued parts.
All claims relating to the client's rights under the guarantee and all claims must be submitted in writing.
The subject of the complaint cannot be a surface irregularity if it does not affect functionality.
When the company determines that the complaint is justified, it provides the client with a proposal for a solution. Ways to resolve the complaint are the elimination of defects in the product, replacement of the product, improvement or issuance of credit. The company does not take into account complaints due to errors caused by improper use and maintenance of products or unprofessional assembly by the client or a third party. If the complaint is justified, the company undertakes to eliminate it as soon as possible, that is, within the shortest reasonable period.
The company gives the products a warranty period of 12 months from the date of receipt. The manufacturer undertakes, within the warranty period, to remove all potential errors or defects for which he is solely responsible, at his own expense.
The warranty does not apply to:
Mechanical damage, abrasions that occurred after assembly or delivery, for inappropriate use, cleaning and maintenance of the products.
Wood is a gift of nature, so diversity in the color and structure of surfaces is not a reason to claim defects or warranty. Wood is a natural material, so minor deviations in both color and structure are a normal phenomenon.
The manufacturer will remedy the defect based on an agreement with the customer, no later than within 45 days of receiving the complaint.
The goods remain the property of the company until full payment.
Made-to-order products are non-refundable.
